Join CanPKU+

There are two ways to join us: registering for the website and becoming a CanPKU+ member. You are welcome to do either one — and we encourage both.

Step #2

1) Joining the Website

Website registration is about being included in our online community. Creating a login helps you stay connected and makes it easier to access community features as they grow.

Help us understand who we are serving (without requiring membership)

Note: If you previously logged in using only your email address, our updated system now requires a username. When you register or next log in, you will be prompted to set one up.

Note 2: If you wish to become a member - please complete this step first. You will then login and be able to complete step #2.

2) Joining the Organization

Becoming an official CanPKU+ member is how you support the organization and strengthen our ability to advocate, build programs, and represent families and professionals nationwide.

Membership helps you:

Access member benefits (including discounts and member-only resources, where applicable)
Stay connected to national advocacy and program updates
Participate in governance (voting rights where applicable)
Support a stronger, more connected rare disease community

Membership helps CanPKU+:

Demonstrate community strength when advocating for change
Increase eligibility for grants and partnerships
Fund programs and resources (memberships start at $25/year)
Build a stronger collective voice for PKU, HCU, MSUD, and UCDs

Once Step 1 is complete, we encourage you to proceed to Step 2 and become a member of CanPKU+.

Payment Information

A membership payment is required to complete the membership process.

The website checkout system offers PayPal or Cheque as selectable options.

CanPKU+ also accepts:

Credit Card (via Zeffy)
E-Transfer

If you wish to pay using one of the CanPKU+ options (Credit Card via Zeffy, E-Transfer, or Cheque), please select “Cheque” when prompted on the website and then follow the payment instructions provided on this page for your preferred method.
